Toussaint Fernand 1873-1956
The first book in the series is devoted to a Belgian artist whose work fully captures the wordly chan of the beyday of the Belle Epoque. Fernand Toussaint, born 1873, died 1956, was the priviligied portrait painter of the elegant ladies, who animated mundane life at the turn of the century.
