Artist Biography: Painter of historical scenes and military subjects; watercolourist, engraver, draughtsman and illustrator.

Baron Félicien de Myrbach-Rheinfeld was the husband of Baronness Juliane de Myrbach-Rheinfeld. He made his debut in Vienna. In 1881 he stayed in Paris and exhibited at the Salon des Artistes Français, winning a medal in the 1889 Exposition Universelle.

He contributed to a number of illustrated publications in Paris including François Coppée's "Oeuvres complètes" ("Complete Works"), Edmond About's "Tolla" and Adelbert von Chamisso's "Peter Schlémihl".
