Painter of figures, nudes, genre scenes and flowers; engraver, lithographer, humorist artist and designer.
Georges Redon designed several restaurants in Montmartre. He created a great many humorous illustrations, in particular concerning the motorists of the Belle Epoque period, muffled up in animal furs.
Redon exhibited his paintings in Paris from 1903 at the Salon des Artistes Français, receiving an honourable mention in 1904. He also exhibited at the Salon of the Société Nationale des Beaux-Arts and at the Salon d’Automne. He exhibited his cartoons at the Salon des Humoristes.
