Painter of interiors and animals.
André Plumot studied at the School of Fine Arts of his birth-place and under Van der Poorten. He specialized in sheep and goats (animated landscapes). He mainly painted in the Campine, notably at Kalmthout with Rosseels and Meyers and in the surrroundings of the Espierre Castle.
Plumot successfully exhibited in Brussels, Antwerp, London, Philadelphia, Ghent, New Orleans, Edinburgh, Adelaide and Melbourne.
