Joseph De Belder was a pupil of the Antwerp Academy. He had a highly diversified palette, which he mastered like a virtuoso.
He exhibited in Brussels, Ghent, Antwerp, Bruges, Ostend, The Hague, Amsterdam and Stockholm.
