Painter of hunting scenes, sporting subjects, landscapes and animals; painter of gouache and watercolourist.

Son of Charles Busson, Georges Louis Charles Busson was a pupil of his father and of the painter of hunting scenes Evariste Vital Luminais.

He exhibited regularly at the Salon des Artistes Français, of which he was a member from 1885 and where he was awarded an honourable mention in 1883 and a third-class medal in 1887. He won silver medals at the Expositions Universelles of 1889 and 1900.
