Albert Braïtou-Sala studied under Adolphe Déchenaud, Henri Royer and Paul Albert Laurent. He became a society portraitist and painted the Paris high society, but he also produced figure compositions. He was a member of the Société des Artistes Français, where was awarded a gold medal in 1922. He received another gold medal at the Exposition Universelle of 1937. That same year he was made Chevalier of the Légion d’Honneur.
Braïtou-Sala’s work was exhibited in 1989 at the Palais des Papes in Avignon.
