Painter of landscapes.

Albert Moerman was a pupil of Pierre François De Noter at the Academy of Ghent.

He painted winter landscapes in a romantic style like the ones painted by Barend Cornelis Koekkoek and Louis-Pierre Verwee.

From 1830 on he exhibited his work in Belgium.

Moerman received an honorable mention at the Paris Salon of 1855.
