Jean Mayne was a pupil of Jean-François Portaels. He collaborated with him at the “Panorama of Cairo”.
Mayne showed his work at many art exhibitions in Belgium and abroad.
All his compositions are treated with an artist’s probing conscience and arobuste pallet.
