Painter of landscapes, beach scenes and wooded views.

Much of François’ work was also inspired by the Forest of Soignes, the Campine and the region around Spa.

From 1913 onwards he exhibited at the Salon of Paris. Between 1905 and 1934 François exhibited with the ‘Cercle des Beaux-Arts’ in Liège.
