Paul Cirou exhibited at the Salon des Artistes Indépendants in Paris from 1904 to 1943 , at the Salon d’Automne from 1904, at the Salon de la Société Nationale des Beaux-Arts from 1910 and at the Salon des Tuileries from 1939 to 1941.

He mainly painted oriental subjects.
